MBK Official — Returns & Refunds
For eligible items, request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Requesting a return
Email support@mbkofficial.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for your return.
Once approved, we will email the return address and shipping instructions. Please wait for approval before sending your package.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. For those issues, we will arrange return shipping at our expense.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
Final-sale items
Sale or discounted items, gift cards, custom or made-to-order pieces, and limited drops or capsule collections are final sale.
These restrictions do not affect claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or rights required by applicable law.
Size exchanges
Size exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to availability and the same return window and condition requirements. Email your order number and requested size.
If your size is unavailable, we will offer store credit. You may instead request a refund if your item qualifies for a return.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email our decision. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.
Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact support@mbkofficial.com promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, if available, or a refund for the affected item. The 48-hour reporting request does not limit your rights under applicable law.
Store credit
Approved store credit does not expire and may be used for future MBK Official purchases. It cannot be converted to cash, except where required by law.
International customer rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable, European Union customers have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions. Applicable legal rules govern return deadlines, handling, refund timing, and reimbursement of standard delivery charges.

Earlier orders
Orders placed before this update remain subject to the return terms provided at purchase.
